Couve Booth & COVID-19 Updates

What we are doing:

  1. Staff  //  Staff will be temperature checked and without symptoms. Staff are also required to wear masks for the entirety of the event, including setup and take-down. Staff will maintain social distancing of 6 feet with guests and adhere to the CDC’s standard health protocols. 

  2. Sanitization  //  Staff will sanitize all equipment before, during and after each event.

  3. Hand Sanitizer  //  Hand sanitizer will be available for guests and staff to use.

  4. Booth Operation  //  Staff will touch/control the touch screen for guests. Guests are asked to pick up their prints from the printer rather than staff handling the prints. 

  5. Rescheduling + Cancelation  //  Couve Booth will do its best to accommodate any reschedules or event cancellations, with that said we cannot guarantee availability.  

What we are requesting from our clients:

  1.  Set up location  //  If it is possible to put us away from the dance floor and other major foot traffic spots, that is ideal.

  2. Following the CDC’s minimum standard health protocols  //  We know rules are no fun, but they’re here to protect us all. Please encourage your guests, planner, vendors, and venue to follow appropriate guidelines regarding large events.
